By accessing the yes4d website, creating an Account, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. yes4d primarily serves users located in Indonesia. By using our Services, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a location where such access and use is permitted. You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of yes4d complies with applicable laws in your location.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal incapacity or restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms. You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or court order.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account with yes4d. Multiple Accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited. If we discover that you maintain multiple Accounts, all such Accounts will be closed, and any Funds or winnings may be forfeited. This includes Accounts registered under different names but linked to the same identity documents, payment methods, or device fingerprints.

As part of our KYC procedures, you will be required to submit a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian identity card (KTP) or passport. Your Account will have limited functionality until KYC verification is successfully completed, and withdrawal requests cannot be processed without verified identity documents.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. You agree to notify yes4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
You must ensure that all information provided to yes4d remains accurate and current. If your contact information, residential address, or banking details change, you must update your Account information promptly through your Account settings or by contacting customer support. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in withdrawals or Account suspension.
yes4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian banking and payment channels: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your legal name and matching your verified KYC documents.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification level. Standard Accounts can deposit up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, while fully verified premium Accounts may have higher limits. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Deposits via supported Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes during high-traffic periods or if additional verification is required. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
All transactions on yes4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, and any applicable conversion fees will be deducted from the deposit amount.
Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not registered in your name, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. All deposits must originate from a payment source that is legally registered in your name and matches your verified KYC documents. Violation of this rule will result in confiscation of deposited Funds and any associated winnings, and may lead to Account closure.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified through completed KYC procedures. The withdrawal destination must be a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name matching your identity documents. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per request. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are Rp 25,000,000 for standard verified Accounts and Rp 100,000,000 for premium verified Accounts. Weekly and monthly cumulative withdrawal limits may also apply based on Account status and gaming activity patterns.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Western Indonesia Time, WIB). Requests submitted outside normal banking hours or on weekends and public holidays will be queued and processed at the earliest available banking window. E-wallet withdrawals typically process faster than bank transfers.
yes4d does not charge fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction fees or charges beyond our control. We recommend checking with your financial institution regarding any applicable receiving fees.
All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. If you have received any Bonus or promotional offer, specific wagering requirements apply as detailed in the bonus terms, and withdrawal requests may be subject to bonus forfeiture if wagering requirements are not met.
yes4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification, proof of address, payment method verification, or source of funds documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This is particularly common for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or if suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in withdrawal cancellation and Account suspension.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible users at yes4d's sole discretion. Not all users may qualify for all promotions. We reserve the right to exclude any user from receiving Bonuses if we believe the user is abusing promotional offers, maintaining multiple Accounts, or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each promotional offer's terms. Typical requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements—slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.
Each promotional offer is governed by specific terms and conditions including eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, expiration dates, and minimum deposit requirements. yes4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated play between multiple users to reduce risk, making deposits solely to claim bonuses without genuine play intent, or exploiting technical errors in bonus systems. Any form of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, associated winnings, and may lead to permanent Account closure without refund of deposits.
You may request to cancel an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Upon bonus cancellation, the bonus amount and any winnings generated while the bonus was active will be forfeited. Your original deposit amount (if any) will remain in your Account balance.
yes4d reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the stake amount on any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your betting history, it is considered final and cannot be canceled except in cases of obvious system error. You are responsible for verifying all bet details before confirming placement.
All sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and market type. In the event of technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects game outcome or bet settlement, yes4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. yes4d does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Services or that defects will be corrected. You understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain content or services through the Services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data.
In no event shall yes4d's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, yes4d's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
yes4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, abused promotional offers, or if we determine that continued Account operation poses a risk to yes4d or other users. Reasons for Account suspension or termination include but are not limited to: failed KYC verification, detection of multiple Accounts, bonus abuse, money laundering suspicion, underage gambling, use of stolen payment methods, or collusion with other users.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before Account closure, you must withdraw all remaining Funds subject to completion of any active wagering requirements and pending verification checks. Once an Account is voluntarily closed, reopening requires contacting customer support and may be subject to additional verification.
Upon Account termination, your right to use yes4d Services immediately ceases. If your Account is terminated due to violation of these Terms, yes4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Funds, pending withdrawals, and winnings in your Account. If your Account is closed in good standing, you may request withdrawal of your remaining balance subject to standard withdrawal procedures and verification checks.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of yes4d Services, you must first contact our customer support team with a detailed description of the issue. We commit to investigating all complaints thoroughly and providing a response within 5 business days of receiving complete information.
Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our support team. If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate your complaint to our management team by requesting an escalation through customer support. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by senior management and you will receive a final response within 10 business days.
For disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction specified in Section 14 (Governing Law), rather than in court.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yes4d holds its primary operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using yes4d Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services.
You acknowledge that yes4d operates internationally and may be subject to the laws of multiple jurisdictions. However, for the purposes of these Terms, the governing law shall be that of our primary licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence if those rights cannot be contractually waived.
Any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
yes4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion.
